Has anyone heard of this supplement? I've had some conflicting advice on how I should take it. A boxing friend reckons I should take it for one month and then stop for two months. However, on looking on web it seems to say 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off...or is this supplement just wussy for you guys!

m1t is not just a supp man, its an oral steroid that will give you the worst sides around. this is the mother of all ph's. dont take this supp lightly and if you do take it make sure you have a serm for pct along with great liver support and blood pressure etc.

so if you are 40+ like your profile says you will need a serm like nolva or clomid to get your natty testosterone levels back up to normal after taking m1t. i personally wouldnt take it and have no idea how you got your hands on it.

Yeah sadly 40+. We can buy it over the counter here in supplement shops. I'll take your advice though if it's that nasty. Are there any other supplements you'd recommend to help me bulk more. Currently taking proteins and No Explode prior to gym, as well as multi vits and milk thistle.

I really appreciate the candid advice. J

Yeah dude don't take it. Its just gonna end up messing you up. Heres a really good rule of thumb when it comes to any kind of muscle building "supplement": if you don't know exactly what it is, whats in it, how it works, and how it interacts with your body, then don't take it!

for right now bro stick with the protein and no explode. lift like your on gear and eat like your on gear and you will grow like crazy. thats my little theory i live by in the gym.

m1t will give you liver problems, acne, loss of hair just to name a few sides.

stick with the basics and you will do great for now.

I ran a cycle of this for just over 3 weeks not long ago and had big gains but then got sick overseas and lost a lot unfortunately. Before doing the cycle i did my research and it seems a large percentage of people get bad sides and hate it and others love it.

I started on 10mgs a day and then went to 20 but after 2 days i woke up with what felt like a bad ass hangover (guessing it gave my liver a kicking) and immediately dropped back down to 10.

Overall i was bloated initially then got a big strength increase and had very fast recoveries. Got a bit of lethargy but nothing 2 bad.

Overall i put on about 7kgs in a little over 3 weeks of which some was water.

Anyways like the other guys said. If your going to do something make sure you do your research and make sure you have your pct sorted.

It depends on the M1T's you get though too.. personally I wouldn't do them but only because of my age and I feel I am getting big naturally without any roids..

but my friend who is actually a year younger than me just finished a cycle of the M1t's and he has actually had no side effects so far.. he gained a bit under 15 pounds of muscle by the end of it.... but then again it could affect him when hes older.. he is only 16 right now :S

I think it all depends on the brand u get as well... some brands are better than others, some will cause u to gain water weight, or have d-bol in it, or cause an out break in acne...

If u HAVE (edit) been workin out for a long time and know what ur doing i think some of this stuff is okay. You gotta know what ur getting...

Haha definately not a wussy supplement.. my friend wanted me to take it with him..but once I found out more about what M1T's really were.. i declined the offer lol..

Ps. im relatively new to the workout/supplement/steroid thing too so im not tryin to be a know it all here and probably not everything I said is completly correct lol..this is just what i've learned from reading and talking to people.
