It depends on the M1T's you get though too.. personally I wouldn't do them but only because of my age and I feel I am getting big naturally without any roids..
but my friend who is actually a year younger than me just finished a cycle of the M1t's and he has actually had no side effects so far.. he gained a bit under 15 pounds of muscle by the end of it.... but then again it could affect him when hes older.. he is only 16 right now :S
I think it all depends on the brand u get as well... some brands are better than others, some will cause u to gain water weight, or have d-bol in it, or cause an out break in acne...
If u HAVE (edit) been workin out for a long time and know what ur doing i think some of this stuff is okay. You gotta know what ur getting...
Haha definately not a wussy supplement.. my friend wanted me to take it with him..but once I found out more about what M1T's really were.. i declined the offer lol..
Ps. im relatively new to the workout/supplement/steroid thing too so im not tryin to be a know it all here and probably not everything I said is completly correct lol..this is just what i've learned from reading and talking to people.
