a dietary supplement is a product that is intended to supplement the diet; they are legal and work very well if you train hard and have a good diet. Id say now you would only need protein creatine and a multi vitamin and start researching online because we cant tell you everything we can only lead you into the right direction and its up to you at that point.

Here's my stack I'm the same age as you and this should all be fine to take, but yes they are expensive depending on what you get.

Fish oil
Flax seed oil
Multi vitamin
Creatine monohydrate
ON whey protein powder

Get them at GNC or Rite Aid or online.

there are a bunch of supplements that do a bunch of different things.

at 15 years old, i would stick to mainly protein powder, flax seed oil, fish oil, omega tabs/powder, glucosmine and chondrotin, glutamine, multi vitamin, BCAA's (Branch Chain Amino Acids).

but really, all you need is a good protein powder. ON whey is a good place to start.

this is my stack

true mass
syntha 6
animal flex
size on (soon)
superpump 250 (even though i hate NO)
epistane

Gainer's aren't bad either. Supplementing glutamine won't help muscles only intestines. I'm 15 and I've taking creatine and help good results. I've taken N.O. while having all the basics protein powder multi vitamin, fish oil ect. I don't think that because of age there are to many things that you shoudn't take besides test boosters.

if you are just starting out and on a bulk you actually need nothing but food and a multi along with intense training. Supplement with protein if food doesnt get you enough. Its really not that complicated eat enough food and get enough protein, water and train hard and smart. Do this and you will be able to keep up with the kid down the street that takes gainers, creatine, beta alanine, arginine, no, tribulis, dextrose, lipo six, spawn, epistane, royal jelly, sterones, and every other fancy new cool sounding gadget, powder, or pill. The side effct is that you will have a fat wallet.

Supplements are substances used to aid you when trying to become stronger, bigger, etc.

Ummm, no, they aren't illegal. Certain ingredients will be banned from time to time, but then the products are usually, or at least they should be, discontinued.

They only work if you also train hard, eat good, and get plenty of rest. Plus, like in any industry, not all are quality. You should read reviews on different products you're interested in. I recommend Controlled Labs.

That depends on how you define "expensive." For a fifteen year old, yeah, I'd say they're pretty expensive. But if you can convince your parents that they help you, I'm sure they wouldn't mind kicking in for you. And who knows, you may have a great job at fifteen and can easily pay them by yourself. If you don't, sell stuff on ebay.

Whatever you do, don't buy from GNC, they are a complete rip off. Get them online, you can get them for half the price. A good place to start looking is Bodybuilding Dungeons own Nutraplanet.

A good protein shake. I can't stress this enough. Protein, Protein, Protein. And a multi.

Using a variety is called stacking, and is an effective way to speed up results. The most common stack include a multi-vitamin, protein shake, creatine, and bcaa's/eaa's.

Hope this helps.

If you're asking me about my workout and diet, it goes like this,

I have a 4 day powerlifting split designed to work on my weak point which right now I'm considering my bench.

Day 1 Back traps biceps
Day 2 Chest
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Delts and triceps

Diet, I eat 6-8 meals a day and the macros are 4000 calories, 80g fat (mostly from nuts), 420g carbs, 220g protein.

Post a nutriton question in that section of your diet and I'm sure we can all help you out.

DONT TRAIN EVERYBODY PART 5 TIMES A WEEK!!! This will lead to massive overtraining and you will actualy lose size and strength. If I were you I'd take 5 days off right now. Then get a 1 2 3 4 or 5 days split.

We keep track of the stuff we eat by using a pen and a paper and looking on the back on the stuff we eat and finding the nutrition facts then writing them down.

Rereading that I know I sound like a ****, not trying to be, just gotta make it clear what you need to change.
