Currently I just cycled of creatine and am taking glutamine vitamin b-12 multi vitamin, fish oil pills and whey protein powder.

Next month my stack will look like this:
Flax seed oil
Fish oil
Multi vitamin
ON Whey protein powder
N.O. Explode

I'm looking for a gainer if it will help with my strength, I'm really not sure if it would or not. Can someone tell me, if it would help any suggestins, keep in mind I just stopped a creatine cycle.

Well yes, a weight gainer would help with your strength. The more calories and macronutrients you consume, the stronger you will be. Pro-complex gainer from ON is a good one. The stack looks good though, and at your young age, diet is the most important.

IMO, stay away from pre-workout NO2 supplements. they don't really do much and you end up relying on them.
then, it sucks coming off.

Nitric oxide is one of the worst supplements for recovery and actually hinders performance a bit.

I do want to have a nitric oxide product for this month and this month alone. I'll either get black powder by MRI or N.O. Explode. I saw an add for Black powder wich I liked. But Kenny you're right you do become dependent on nitric oxide.

I'm not cutting nor will I prolly even, so will a gainer still help with my strength even though I have a very good diet usually and eat high macros?

bro, at your age, i'd stick to a good diet. creatine and nitro are all recommended after you're 18.

sorry to sound like a jerk, but there must be a reason for this.

^ I think one of the main reasons for this is because they think we're more likely to use it wrong and get hurt and sue them. If you look 90% of the stuff says 18 or older for that reason... well I assume for that reason. You don't sound like a **** man it's all good.

i think an no2 should be a staple... once u start... why stop? by adding different substance to ur drink u can always make it more benificial... and yes i like ragnarok, but it honestly didnt do anything for me.... hence i said it taste good, because thats all i could comment on.. xlevol is a great product, plus u can never have too much beta alanine...

black powder is nice!! and different ppl need different things... at our level of dedication most ppl need a boost to get up every day and kill themselves at the gym..if you want to feel a craxy boost, NO explode is the way to go.. if not get something with less caffine and more of everything else.. beta alanine is an amino acid that is created when we absorb protein from solid food...pushing that into our muscles every day is not bad...muscle growth is hard and takes alot of hard work, u need to feed it... in my opinion being dependant on something is for druggies.. you dont have an ich for nitric oxide at nigh.. stick with a good no2, and get ur protein right (plus ultrapeptide at night ) you will see big gains

new stack looks good mate

ON make the best quality powder IMO and NO explode i found great for energetic workouts (abit pricey though)

as for gainers, in my experience you're better off getting your carbs from an organic source like fruit or veggies. gainers tend to be loaded with sugars which can be useful for an insulin spike after a workout but are otherwise just empty calories. Alot of gainers tend to skimp on the protein and overload with other crap

that said if you do want the extra calories for size then ON would be a good choice and i dunno if you guys have body science in the US but they make good gainers too

:)
