Hello everyone, I was debating with my friend on how you would do it.

He says you want to create your insulin spike post workout, wait 10-15 minutes then drink your whey & creatine. I am arguing saying you want to drink it all at once as to yield the Best possible results; as in one big shake that contains your whey, creatine, and maltodextrin.

The question is, which is better; doing it all at once or waiting 10-15 minutes as to yield the best results in this situation.

Thanks in advance!

Splitting hairs dude.

Google for some scientific studies on pre-workout/post-workout meals. That's all I can say really.

There's nothing gained by waiting 10 minutes but nothing lost either.
