Hey everyone, im looking to put on some lean mass, i haven't worked out for 3 weeks (longest time ive ever taken off from the gym) due to 3 broken fingers + surgery on them, and to be honest the time off has felt great lol but im really starting to get ancy sitting at home all day and NEED to get back in the gym!!!!
i should be back in the gym Saturday...ive got my routine ready and a strict diet planned, as of right now im looking for a supplement to put on some lean muscle
i will be taking
nitrix, ON protien, and then looking for something else to put on that lean mass...any suggestions?? Thank you everyone.
