Hey everyone, im looking to put on some lean mass, i haven't worked out for 3 weeks (longest time ive ever taken off from the gym) due to 3 broken fingers + surgery on them, and to be honest the time off has felt great lol but im really starting to get ancy sitting at home all day and NEED to get back in the gym!!!!


i should be back in the gym Saturday...ive got my routine ready and a strict diet planned, as of right now im looking for a supplement to put on some lean muscle

i will be taking nitrix, ON protien, and then looking for something else to put on that lean mass...any suggestions?? Thank you everyone.

through in some creatine imo, you will put on some water weight but it goes away after you stop.

thats what i would do just to keep it basic and get some good basic gains while gaining a little water weight. plus ur nitrix will help deliver it since its a vasodialator the mono will get into ur muslces better imo.

I would get some Aminos, Scivation Xtend works great. Some casein protein also for nightime. I would take those two over NO.

In all honesty, I think it would be best for you to hold of on the supps for a little while at least until you get back into the swing of working out. Gradually add em in as your training progresses. got me?

Yes, I am promoting. However, the truth is that this supplement is the best for recomposition. That is why I like being a representative for USPLabs; I can actually say with confidence that the product works.

dude, you can't loose fat and gain lean mass at the same time unless you're obese and have a perfect diet, or unless you're on certain chemicals.

that being said, i thought nitrix already had creatine in it.

also, i think nitrix is a waist of money.

all you need for supplements to gain some lean mass are a good low carb protein powder, creatine, mutli-vitamin. unless you're a hardgainer or have a screaming metabolism. then you can try weightgainers.

but nitric oxide, as much as i like it, really doesn't do anything to help you gain mass.
