IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ACNE FROM TAKING PROTEIN?
I WAS TAKING 2 SHAKES A DAY... STOPED AND ACNE
IS GOING AWAY...???

i highly doubt the use and going off of protein was the cause of you having acne and the acne going away

I had never heard of anything like that either but a friend of mine said that he went to doc and they said it could be causing his acne but his was real real bad i mean purple bumps.thats the only time i have ever heard of it.
But if youre drinking protein youre probably working out which raises testosterone which can cause acne so................

You could be having an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients in the formula. These supplements list the common allergens contained in the products. Ex: This product contains: milk, soy, & egg
or this product was manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts and almonds.
