which post workout supplement to use?

Hello,

From next month i will use following supplements

Creatine: Cell Tech from Muscle Tech (after workout)
Protein : Optimum Nutrition - Whey Protein (After 20 minutes of taking creatine/workout)


Kindly suggest me that with the above combination which "Post Workout" supplement i will use.

Kindly don't recommend me any NOS supplement

Due to some pain in my foramrs bone i did not going exercise for one month, so this pain wastes my one month, now i want to be in full stamina soon.

so please guide me

Take the whey protein, creatine and some form of simple carb post workout.

Correct me kind sir's if I'm wrong but I think Cell-Tech has dextrose, fast digesting sugars for the use of creatine pwo. Of course others are necessary and should be taken but....just saying.

You don't need a pre workout supplement.
You need food.

So let's discuss your diet, how is that? Please post diet.

thanks for instructions.
here is the diet schedule. i will start this from august 7th 2008

Morning: 4 eggs White + Milkshake with Whey Protein
Then at 11:00 pm, take two wheat biscuits
At Lunch(1:00 pm) i will take Some Meat
Then at 5:00 or 6:00 pm i will eat 6 bananas or some good fruit
1/2 hour Before Workout i will take Chicken BROAST ( Breast piece)
Then i will do my workout
After workout immediatley take creatine
Then after 20 minutes i will take Whey protein with MILKSHAKE

Then after 1/2 - 1 hour i will do dinner.

thats all.

Is this diet helps me to make good body?
Before workout, is eating CHICKEN BROAST ( BREAST) is enough diet?
Can i use SOme Multivitamin like (CENTRUM) with tihs diet and supplement plan. Becoz multi vitamins are also essentials?
