stocking up on a serious amount of supplements. enough for a few months. I know when to take most of the stuff, but i'd like your views on when to take what!

BCAA -morning, before and after work out
Glucosamine -evening time, post workout
Fish oil -morning, noon and night
creatine mono -morning and post w/o
protein - several times during day
waxy maize -post training
no xplode -pre training
casein -before bed

lots of water, sleep and hard training... can't wait!

Have you calculated the macros? If you have please post them along with your stats. You should probably throw some carbs in with your first meal. Do you know how much you are eating at each meal. For example: 6 egg whites and 1 cup of oats?

Macros? not too sure what they are.

I'm 6.4" 80-82 kg's.

That protein shake is first thing in the morning, it's not a meal really. I through that back, make my son some breakfast, 10 min later i'm eating 100gr of oats (UNCOOKED) with low fat milk followed by 5 egg whites and 2 yokes. either scrambled or with a bit of cheese and ham as an omlette.

I thought dairy hindered the absobtion of certain nutrients, thats why i never took it in the morning, whrn i'm consuming milk. ???

Macros: total grams of carbohydrates, protein, and fat in your diet.

Also the percentage of carbohydrates, protein, and fat in your diet.
