Hey guys,

I was just wondering what you guys think about diuretics? I've never used them before but I was thinking about maybe trying them. I have a photoshoot coming up; should I try a diuretic or should I fluctuate my water intake?

From the avatar in def looks like you holding alot of water.I would go with the Diuretic a day before your thing and flucuate your water properly until then.Nothing is wrong with them if you use common sense.if its a real good one you wont need but 2 or 3

i'd say, never judge someone's water retension by a picture. especially a pic not done by a professional.
cameras tend to wash away a lot of defention.

and how do you guys tell the difference between water and fat in a fuzzy picture like that?

IMO, you don't need a diuretc. they can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing and you can really play with your sodium and water intake before the shoot.

read up about sodium loading and depleating and how to utilize water intake to your advantage.

but really, keep dieting and if you feel that you need to loose the water after that, do it naturally. IMO, you don't need a diuretic.

check this video out.

I agree. Im not an expert in diuretics but just like Ephedra. Taken properly can be a very powerfull aid.

Well zack said it for me I thought you were holding more than water too.
kenny - its def no exact science but lots of time you can tell to some degree.
hate to disagree here but taking one diuretic imo is alot safer than playing with sodium intake and depletion if you dont know what you are doing.
My buddy was preparing for first contest and was depleting and got cramps all over so bad he was sore for a week.whats his answer?to ****ing Od on sodium well not really but he was puking all over and blood pressure got real high.
remember to take potassium fellas.
I take 1 diuretic around lunch the day before and 1 the morning of.No harm done. You also need a potassium pill if doing so.i also mess with water and sodium intake and depletion of course but for me its nearly impossible to get all water out without help. Now you have natural help too, even the stacker pills will help.caffiene is a diuretic.

Hey guys, thank you so much for all the input from all of you! To answer your question earlier Zack, I'm a fashion model so I don't even really need to be super shredded; it's my own little goal =)
