BCAA and Protein

Sup everyone

I'm confuse on these two...some protein says it has BCAA in it and some doesn't.

what is BCAA for? recovery? when do I take it and how much? Does it work?

Do I take BCAA and Protein shakes?

so would BCAA be better than amino acid pills from gnc? is it the same thing?

What protein are you taking.. I use ON Whey Gold Standard. It was BCAA's in it also. Most protein powder's have it.

bcaa's help with protein synthesis taking a protein with it in there is good enough, i personally take them from ON in the pills along with whatever is in my shake. its all personal choice but the bcaa's in your shake can be good enough.

there isn't whey protein without bcaa's.
that's the point in choosing whey for it's attractive amino acid profile.

Branch chain amino acids, valine leucine and isoleucine. All are essential amino acids, yes they do assist in recovery.

Unfortunately for me the GNC I get my stuff at is very small, no girls there to see me buy it
