I was just wondering if kre-alkalyn creatine will convert into creatinine cause i was told it would not and I just received my blood test results and my creatinine levels are high and i don't want to damage my liver or whatever. also, i was just wondering what drinking alcohol would do while using creatine because i have a friend who just purchased some and he drinks a bunch and i told him that i dont think it was a good idea and that he might get too dehydrated and his muscles might not even receive any water, this info good? is there more to it? thanks a bunch

creatine is a naturally occuring subsatance in your body bro. your just supplement mainly cause the body can absorb more than what we naturally take in on a daily basis, i read this somewhere someone correct me if i am wrong.

how high were your level? also if your not drinking enough water it can hurt you but very rare for creatine to do damage without pre existing conditions.

also tell your buddy that drinking a bunch is stupid and counter productive. there is a thread in the nutrition section titled ALCOHOL AND WEED were freak states some great info onhow drinking is counter productive.

high creatinine has to do with your kidneys, just wanted to point that out. learned that from my aunts kidney failures and transplant.

found some sites for ya:

Creatinine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Creatinine Blood Levels – Complete medical explanation regarding the production of this chemical waste molecule on MedicineNet.com

Creatinine and Creatinine Clearance

Creatine Monohydrate Supplements - Creatine Effects | Creatine Information

those may be useful for ya and i did see in there that yes indeed creatine is convereted into creatinine after the kidneys deal with it. were you taking creatine when you got your tests done? also whoever told you that krealkyn wouldnt convert was stupid cause its still creatine.
