Just Tried Purple Wraath for the 1st time..

I know people have said take it POST workout but I tried it 1st pre... NO no-Xplode and I got the tingle/pins needles feeling but I also got this super energy.... I just tried it doing just push-ups and no weight squats as a trial and I love it..... I think I might just got with The Purple Wraath instead of the no-Xplode.

Heres my current stack

ON's Whey 5lbs Rocky Road

GNC Amino 1000 caps

GNC CLA

GNC Fish Oil

GNC Vitamin C

Theragram Vitamin E

GNC Arginine

ON's BCAA Powder

GNC Zinc

GNC Arginine & Ornithine

Purple Wraath

Any where I can improve or taper this stack???

clean diet... Salmon, tilapia, Yougurts, chicken, turkey, rice, lots of water, veggies, and fruits... I recently cut the pork out and reduced red meat down to rare occasions.

Complex carbs = Veggies

Good Fats = Omega 3 in the Salmon I have to re up on the Flax seed.

Damn bro slow down! You're taking BCAA Powder, Purple Wraath, and Amino Caps which are all the same thing. Then you're taking 2 Arginine products. GNC is raping you man w/ no KY jelly! Look, try this instead:

ON Protein
Purple Wraath
Multi-vitamin
Fish oil

I feel its unnecessary for you to take a BCAA supplement at all. There's enough of that in the protein powder.

Secondly, how certain are you that the Purple Wraath was giving you the energy rush and tingles, and not the NO-Xplode. I've never heard of anybody saying that BCAAs gave them super energy.

Finally, you may want to consider either going to a less expensive store or even just making your purchases online. NO-Xplode costs about $65+tax @ GNC! I got a bottle for a total of $32 from the gym next door to me.

First off what are your goals and stats. I was going to ask what you're experience level was but from what you've stated in your OP, not very.

I'm with Iron_Mercenary on this one. Since you've already have these supplements might as well use them. Finish up your BCAA supplements one at a time.

And call me old school but one of my biggest pet peeves is when someone refers to supplements as "stacks".

hey is it good taking fish oil while on a cut

im currently taking

-protein (ProPepTide)
-creatine mono.
-L-Glutamine
-multivitamins

i want to start taking L-Carnitine and fish oil, but im not sure if its ok to take them while on a cut!?

Symbian Black, are you bulking or cutting? If you're on a bulk add a gainer, def. get the flax seed oil because chances are you're not getting enough from the fish. Add some cheap flax seed oil just to be sure. Do you think the purple wraath is better for pumps than N.O. Explode? Iron Mercenary was right, in the ON whey protein you have all the essential amino acids and then some you take that two or three times a day your getting more then all you need. No need to waste money on other amino acids.

Stacks are just the general term for taking variety of supplements everyone refers to it as that. My biggest pet peeve is people saying pet peeve wtf is that??

i'm allready 204lbs i'm trying to cut/add lean muscle...
