3rd cycle on creatine. Not sure what to take it with because when i take it with water i cant stand it. it says takeing it with ur fav juice or bev is good but i just mixed it with this crystle light on the go lemonade package is that okay you think just wanna make sure.

it should be fine to do it with crystal light, or you could try warm water with a little lemon squirt, that always works for me.

The Gatorade powder mix is a-nice.

i will most likely go back to it once i am done with tthe juices that i have (apple juice, and grape juice)

How about with an enery drink? That was not a joke, I am going to start taking creatine and didn't think it would go good with water. I'm on a ckd so juice is out, no carbs is 0 carb rockstar so i was thinking of doing that. Bad idea??

^i have never had rockstar before it all depends what the drink does for you, if it really increases your heart rate like some be say energy drinks do i would not take it before going to the gym. it is fine in water butif you are worried about carbs and dont want water just add it to your protein shake. or find a pill form.

they told me to just add 1 spoon of creatine along with my 2 scoops of my protein after my workout (with water)

is that enough amount of creatine for just once a day!?

From what I've read and been told, take it pre and post workout.
Just started today for me, of course with a **** load of water

is it mono or cee? im assuming its mono seeing that ur mixing it with water. for me, juice is the way to go but im sure u will find a suitable ckd approved alternative.

yeah i spoon it into a mouth full of water, as far as taking it goes you it is a personal thing. i take mine post workout personally and it works for me. if i take 10g then i take 5g (teaspoon) and then another 5g later in the day. i started taking it like that cause i too hated drinking plain mono. try it and let me know how it goes.

Throw it in with your protein add a little glutamine, it's all good! I have it with a protein shake first bthing in the morning and the same way after work out.

alright, dude some people told me that creatine does work but that it will make me get fatter in a way, im on a cut right now, should i still go buy my creatine!?

creatine doesnt make u fatter it makes u retain water a little more but that is it. creatine is great on a cut to help retain muscle bro.

oh and how do i mix it, do i shake it, blend it, or stir it with a spoon...

thats for my post workout, im planning to take it with my protein powder, so im not sure how to mix it

and for pre-workout, im just goin to take the spoon and throw it in my mouth full of water haha or how should i take it before working out
