tell me wut u think guys...
meal1: multivitamin and mineral tablet
10 egg whites with 2 yolks
2 cups of oatmeal with 1 cup of skim milk and 2 tbs of peanut butter and 1 banana
1 cup of coffe and 1 L water

meal2: PREWORKOUT 1 chiken breast and some kutchup with 2 cups of rice
with borocoli and 1 banana
1 cup of coffe and 1 L water

*during the workout i drink 1 L of water miexed in 2 tbs of sugar

meal3: POSTWORKOUT 8 eggwhites and 1 cup of orange juice with 1 banana
and 1 L of water

meal4: 2 cans of tuna with 2 tbs of light mionease and some kutchup and 2 cups of rice with borocoli and 1 banana
and 1 L water

meal5: 1 chiken breast and some kutchup
and 1 L water

NOTE: i also drink 1 L of crystal light
i will soon add meal 6 and that will b 1 cup of cottage cheese
i will cut my carbs a lil as the time goes by.....

moved. Dude, thats a lot of food to lose weight off of. Tons of rice and not enough chicken.

remember am 310 and i need lots of calories to maintain muscle....in totlal 16 egg whites with 2 whole 2 chicken breasts 2 cans of tuna for protein....for carbs in total 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of rice plus the borocoli....ill soon increase my protein and decrease my carbs a lil.......

anyways tell me wut u think about my diet plz.....and i swaaa da god i will post my pics pretty soon from the begining 3 years ago when i started bodybuilding seroiusly until now.....btw my face looks like am around 25 plus my body makes it look like am around 26 27 but am 18...

310 at 18 years old....im thinking your a little....fat. I meen, i could eat my words later, or i could be right. Dont take it personally.

I still say more protein, less carbs. You could also split up your meals into smaller portions, the one thats stands out is the 2 cans of tuna, i would split that up into two meals, each meal being..

1 can of tuna, 1 cup of rice, a bannana

then the other would be

1 can of tuna, 1 cup of rice, brocolii.

i think meal frrequency is a big key to weight loss.

thx bud for da advice.......plus i didnt say that am 0% body fat but i got a good amount of defention.....honstly since i started increasing my training frequancy i just started to pack on the punuds like crazy..and keep in mind i am a freak genetic from the leg point of view so thats wut most of my wieght comes from.....

hey my chick breast is big it equalls about the 2 cans of tuna which the 2 cans of tuna has bout 60g of protein....do u no how much protein is in 1 chicken breast....am thinking 40g....wut do u think..

btw before i started increasing my training frequancy i used to take creatine and weight gainer but then i stopped using them so i was consuming less calories than in the past....and before i used to train every thing once a week but then i felt that i was kinda undertraining....but now i train everything twice a week and since than i started gaining more mass fast and i actully got alot of strtch marks espasilly in my arms but hopfully it will go away as i drop the weight by....plus i have done a bulking and cutting phase before.... but man i never got as big as now...

If i were you i would go out and get a food scale, just get a cheap one, they cost about 8$. i eat 6 ounces of chicken each meal that i have chicken. 6oz is about 35g of protein. you could use the food scale for any meats, nuts, vegatables, whatever you want pretty much.

my advice to u is to remove the peanut butter from first meal .. cuz it's bad habit to eat carbs and fat in same meal .. you're body will use the carbs as a fuel and store the fat

yes it has .. but i have read a lot of articles that you sould have a meal consist of protain and either fat or carbs .. it's bad to combine both of them in same meal
