Does any one know of any methods of getting a good pump before and during a workout with out using any bodybuilding supplements such as eg.NOxplode?

eating the right things does the trick...as long as ur diet is good before and after a workout than u should get good pumps IMO.

they covered the before part eat right. you want a good pump , attack the weights and dont stop and if you cant get a good pump by going all out every set then start doing drop sets or supersets and i guarantee great pumps.

I find using the strictest form possible, and squeezing your muscle at the top of contractions increases your pump immensely.

holla. i stopped buying NO explode and all that crap over a year ago because you dont need it if you have a good diet.

Flex while doing your sets. Flexing will make your blood flow better, which equals a pump.
