i have this tub of protein its still sealed and everything but its date is expired i was just wondering if anyone knows if it will be still alright to take?

no prob bro before I started shopping at orbit I used to go to gnc and vitamin shoppe and purposely get the stuff that was about to expire cuz it was cheap. Never had a problem and made decent gains-UC

yea same goes with almost anything, it usually means the date the store has to sell it by, not the date the product goes badd. wouldn't do this with milk tho lol

haha.. i buy so much expired protein, and creatine.. the stuff all works the same, its just... old lol

i always had the same gains with expired stuff, Taurine hardens when it expires tho :(

i was saying that exhaustion is the equivalent of intoxication to me.

Expiration dates are usually a standard amount of time from the moment they get packed and they leave the factory. There are a bunch of things you can do to change the expiration date, improper storage certainly makes it go bad quicker and with proper storage you might get more time out of it.

As long as it doesn't smell bad and doesn't make you feel like spending a night worshiping the porcelain god, your fine.
