What supplements are a waste of money and what really does the job? Ive just started using some MET-Rx proucts but dont know much about the company but it's all the local gym stocks, am i wasting my money?

Can someone please give advice on a good stack to assist in quality muscle gain and strenth.... and anything thats gonna assist in shedding some body fat.

I still don't get why everyone hates Muscletech, it's true that they are overpriced like a lot of other brands. But they also have some good products. I gained a lot with both cell- tech and Anator 70.

Fake Doctors claiming some kind of BS, stupid names, overpriced, gives bodybuilding a bad name with most of their advertisement, bought jaycutlers 2006 and 2007 win (last one was my reason ^.^ )

muscle take makes more money off fresh out the the first training session uneducated weightlifters at gnc that it just sickens me.

but i have to respect anybody that gives money to the athletes and supports the support.
the money has to come from somewhere.
just food for thought.

but i do hate their advertising ploys and the fact that muscle and fitness literally reserves about 1/2 of their pages to muscletech adds.
