Hey I just got back from a broken wrist where I lost 20+ pounds. I am looking for some supplement help to gain back some size I lost. I am 205 (now) and I'm currently on 200-250 grams of protein, 300-400 grams of carbs, and limited fat but taking fish oil and omega's. Looking for any help with supplements that WORK as I'm looking to get back and gain some lost size.

Any help would be great...

The best approach to gaining size is cell volumization. If you increase the volume of the muscle cell, you increase protein synthesis. With that being said, here are some products I recommend to enhance cell volumization:

Creatine Monohydrate
Controlled Labs GlycerGrow
Anabolic Pump - This also helps you to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

Just keep training and eating right and you will gain it back in no time due to fascia stretching in your muscles. basically the membrane that surrounds your muscles is already stretched to your previous size, making it easier for your body to put back on the lost weight.
