Well fo now just get the basics brother. Your going to see huge gains coming back due to muscle memory. Thank goodnes for that huh.lol

Multi pro. Pretty good value or Optimen is really good.

Xtend for Aminos, great product and it taste good
ON fish oil is like 4 dollars
I use Creatine Mono. Dymatize has like 300 g for like 8 dollars.
