and zack - yeah when i used to get syntha 6 i would eat it like a fat girl and ho ho's. too bad it has 5g of fiber per serving i couldn't stop pooping and farting. every time i went to the bathroom i could poop and fart in different pitches and melodies, it was like a poop symphony in there
