sounds like a lil much to me, from what i hear no shotgun is pretty serious as far as getting u pumped up. if it doesn't do the trick for u, ur tolerance might be too high and u need a break from it

Dude you have to understand that your body builds a tolerance to anything you take eventualy. I remember when I used to take the hardcore ephedrin fat burners back in the day, even those felt like the effects would ware off eventualy. But I gurentee the product is working your just looking for that buzz feeling.

This is the first NO product I have ever used. I didn't know my body would build a tolerance that fast I guess.

Would it be safe to up the dosage to 1.5-2 scoops? I don't really care if I finish it early or not, I don't care for the product too much anyway.

No buzz whatsoever. I feel like I get the same pumps when I don't use the product, it's the same if I was doing it naturally.

Damn my body and it's ridiculous tolerance.

Started taking 1000 mg vitamin C and 3.2g of beta alanine with NO shotgun. The pump was ridiculous, never experienced a pump like that in my chest.

I doubt the vit c will help, its been shown supplememnt 2g vit c, 1g in the morning 1g pre workout helps lower cortisol levels, which is what i do, and besides since i got it i stopped having these terrible headaches, so im in love with vit c now.

I think if you take 2g of vitamin c or over it has the reverse effets and instead of acting as an anti-oxidant it works as a pro-oxidant.

I tried taking 1g vit c today with my NO supp, didnt notice any changes from normal. Quite disappointed with it really although I dont react well with NO supps for some reason so that may be why.

most nutritionists agree that 3g+ is pro-oxidant..but there was a nutritionist claiming to take 10-18g's a day and he lived to be 93years old.
