Hey whats up, I am new to the forum but not so new to Training. I’ve been browsing the sight constantly since I signed up and its clear that there are plenty of knowledgeable people on here who know what they're talking about. So, I thought Id throw out what supps I am going to be taking this month just to get a little feed back.

*My Goal: Too add some solid size while keeping fat gain to a minimum. I know gaining some fat is inevitable but I'd like to minimize it as much as possible. I am using these supps really just to compliment the diet that I have to help give a little boost. My diet is what I’m relying on to get size; the supps are just a little extra support.

-ON Optiman multi
-TwinLab Amino Fuel 1000
-ON Gold Standard Whey
-N.O. X-plode (Ive been off of it for a year, dont really need it but I did enjoy the boost I got from it when used, so I thought what the hell)
-Milk Thistle - when ever I feel my system needs a flush.

That’s it for the supps, I try to keep them to a minimum. I'm always a little leery about trying new supps but if there is anything out there that could be suggested, feel free.

If my diet is needed to help further asses what supps I should or shouldn’t be taking just let me know and I will post that up.

Great stack The only other supp I would suggest to get is creatine monohydrate.

Good attitude aswell, diet is key in this game. Good luck with the bulk

creatine mono post and for off days, and do NOT taking no explode on off days.
unless you work your thumbs out flipping through your wallet.

and its always good to see people that realize the importance of supplements as what they are....SUPPLEMENTS.

diet is king, supplements give u an edge but without the diet you'd be gettin pumped up to go bust ure ass in the gym
just to go home and **** and never refuel.

but i dont take no explode
3 scoops, which im assuming he takes
cuz when i took no explode i sure didnt feel it with ne less,
contains 3g of creatine ethyl ester,
i dont see ne reason in adding ne more pre.

i take 5g of ON Micronized Creatine Mono pre and post
and 2wice on off days.

Good to hear , sorry but i get really pised off when people only say only take it post w/o lol Alot of people will just read it on some random site and go around preaching it without knowing how the supp actually works. (little rant over)

Also where did you read no xplode has 3g creatine in it? All the facts sections on the site ive seen dont say how much is in it, it just says 20g propeitary blend of ......

it was a while back
when i use to take it it
somewhere or anther i ran across a forum with a bsn dude
that said 1g creatine ethyl ester per scoop
that may have even been back with the old formula
i honestly dont remember.

Thanks for the quick responses, really appreciate the help. Ive tried out creatine before but it threw my body off to the point where I didnt feel comfortable taking it. I took it a while ago so I think the problem stemed from lack of experience (ignorance) and eagerness just to start pumping up. I have a much better knowledge of what I'm getting into and how to maintain my body now than when I first started. Defintely fell into the pitfall of great advertising ploys and promises of quick gains.

But I guess now would be a good time to get back on that horse but do it properly this time. I just have to glue a jug of water to my hand. N.O. has never really bothered me though, maybe the small amount of creatine in it, so im going to continue taking that.

Are there any creatine mono products that you guys would suggest that are better than others (price/quality)? Ill probably hold off until I finish up the stack I have now, but with your guys lightining quick responses I may try to order some up asap to throw it in with the current stack.

ive taken damn near every hyped up product except the ones since 08, because i finally quit.

and honestly im n love with my plain old
Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
i pay around 30sumodd dollars for it
and its 2000grams which last damn near forever.

i dont load it, many people do, with mixed results.
if you want to load it, then first the first 5-7 days you'd take four servings which is 5g servings, so 20g a day.
personally, i wouldn't suggest it since you have had problems.

i take 5g preworkout and 5g postworkout. but if that would mess with your stomache you could try it 3g in the morning 3g pre, 3g post, assuming it's your only creatine source.

and in a few weeks you should notice strength gains and fuller muscles.

you seem to already have plenty of common sense, but i'll say it anyway, never expect a supplement to do the work for you.

take each with a grain of salt and pick the one you feel would work best for your goals.
