Just watched Ronnie Colemans Relentless and...

I found it sad in the end that all the years of HEAVY supplement taking and all the protein he consumes just to maintain he is also on alot of prescription medication. My g/f thinks I take alot but after she watched a little she was like dam I'm eating birdseed compared to him.... I was like DAM when he scooped like 5 scoops of syntha-6 and 3 sccops of NO-xplode... not to mention the 6 Nitrix pills he popped..... Than someome told me on here that he's on steroids.... But its never mentioned in the movie......

Because steroids are illegal! Most pro bbders wont admit being on steroids publically on tv or in interviews ect. Some will say they have used roids but wont say there on them.

hgh, slin, igf, igf-1, test. that's pretty much the ****tail that will get u on ur way to being 300lbs at 3% bodyfat.

that and A LOT of time in the gym

the only possible way anybody could be that big is magnus sameulson, but I'm 99% sure he's on gear too, but he's a good 340lbs from what I remember.

LOL I was under the impression at first that the pros were clean...I mean I thought there were drug tests?? LOL....but i still love ronnie. I got all his vids and I love watching him eat all kinds of stuff....I've emailed him before with a few questions and he was really cool to the point.

I'm not a big Jay fan though, I got ripped to shreds and I just couldnt get into it like some of the other BB vids. It was kinda boring when comapred to relentless, or Ruhl Made in Germany.

Speaking of Markus, Hes prolly my favorite of all time but I know he is def on gear LOL....But hey its cool to watch. I wouldn;t do it personally but its good entertainment

BTW did anyone notice the weird looking stuff in Jays fridge on ripped to shreds. I saw it in some christian you tube video and they said it was gear, then I watched it myself...you can;t really tell but its an interesting story at least

i remember him opening a closet there were like tubs with tubes coming out of em..i was like WTF>>..

and onto his extreme supplement doses...hes on gear..gear = 1.5g+ prot per lb u weigh(normal intake on a bulk)..325 X 1.5 = near 500g protein..6scoops syntha-6
23 x 6 = 138g protein..the other 362g protein comes from his food..for the no xplode..theres alot of guys on these forums that take 3scoops no xplode, i was taking 2.5scoops at one point and im 15. but nitrix...this im ****ing confused on..in my opinion..nitrix, biggest waste of money IMO, i think its pointless to spend money on nitrix to have vasodialation throughout the day..if any1 sees a point to using it enlighten me plz ....but hey if ur sponsors givin ya free stuff i guess u can make use of it

Markus is just the coolest man other than Shawn ray he seems liek the most accessable to the fans.....I liek the burger king part....his tray is packed!!...hes really funny too.

I'm starting to liek the new Branch Warren unchained film alot...I've leanred alot from it. Like he'll do DB Benches with heavy weight till failure then run and grab some that are about half the weight and do them to failure...I never thought of that. Also when he does cable flys (i think thats what there called) then runs and hits about 20 pushups...thats amazing.....dude is freakin amazing!!
