I'm starting to liek the new Branch Warren unchained film alot...I've leanred alot from it. Like he'll do DB Benches with heavy weight till failure then run and grab some that are about half the weight and do them to failure...I never thought of that. Also when he does cable flys (i think thats what there called) then runs and hits about 20 pushups...thats amazing.....dude is freakin amazing!!

ok I understand all these dudes are on gear and using all the same sups and training for 10 years still won;t give you a jay cutler body but why is there no drug tests?......didn;t shawn ray get the arnold took away back in the day from failing one? if its so common knowlege that their all doing it why no tests?....are they worried about the fans getting pissed for not seeing these guys get bigger and bigger every year?
