here's a novel idea. TAKE SOME B-12!! gives you energy, makes you have a better appetite, and increases red blood cells. what's the down side?

AND IT'S WATER SOLUBLE SO IT DOESN'T HAVE AN UPPER INTAKE LEVEL!!! AHHH!!!!

I haven't heard anyone mention MRI's products(the original inventor of NO2 supplementation). I took MRI NO2 a few years ago and it was the single most effective supplement I've ever taken. My pumps were unreal and I was actually reported to my CO and had to be tested for steroids afterwards the stuff worked great. I haven't heard of any of these other manufacturers but did take one knock off due to ordering mailorder once (Pinnacle NoX2). The stuff was crap it was one of the inumerable products named something like NO2. The stuff had the right name and none of the technology that NO2 has. I am knew to the forum but my understanding is Ed Byrd invented Creatine and he also invented NO2 I tend to try and buy products from the original guy when I can you definately aren't getting a knock off that way. Also I think you can only buy NO2 from GNC or direct from MRI or at least that was the initial deal. Please correct meif I'm wrong but this is just my understanding/IMO. I just bought a bottle of NO2 black to stack with CE2 HI DEF and their PRO NOS protein. I'll post back and let you know how it turns out.

^ I tried Pro- Nos and N30 by MRI. Both were decent, nothing great. I'm taking Ce2 platinum right now. Ed Byrd is the CEO of MRI if I remember right. Never tried NO2, but I was thinking about it. It's just so expensive and doesn't even last a month for like 100 bucks it better at least last a month. He didn't invent creatine though, that's a naturally occurring substance in a humans body coming from meat and stuff like that that we eat.

I actually though about taking some B12, but I think it's time released or at least the one that I saw.
