has anyone heard of this stuff befor i looks a bit OTT but all the revuse ive read seem 2 love it.

im just gonna tell you that it works. best weightgainer ive used, and you can play with the ammount dont start off takin a gallon of milk a day with 5 scoops youll **** your pants and thats no fun lol. start off with half id say and work yourself up, well thats what i usually do its personal preference i guess.

it's absurd, and yes it does. but there are only 4 servings a tub, and the 5000 is with a gallon of whole milk.

and unless u've tried it, do me a favor and don't start bashing it.

that and you don't take an entire serving a day unless you're already a HUGE guy. I take 3/5 of a serving whenever i take it.
