i dont take preworkout or post workout complex's nemore i just buy bulk raw ingredients and mix my own, but when i did, i must say mhp's trac extreme was the ****(especially on leg day) and their t-bomb II will blow your appetitie up.

Trac doesn't mix very well and it also picks its customers. This hasn't gotten a great review with my customers. Regular Trac creatine is good and Tbomb works well.

I liked Trac. I thought it was a great non stimulant product. I know a lot of people who like it.

lol, I think most Nos do that. A lot of people say that about No xplode. Superpump did it for me. lol

haha for real...for me NO Explode was the only one ive tried that didnt give me the runs...Superpump gave me a little but very little! great pumps tho..

but Trac i pretty much lived in the toilet for like 6 hours till it stopped! haha but everyone's different

trac-extreme no mixed very well for me
but i wasnt tryin 2 mix it 10 oz of water either.
just up the oz of liquid
but it shouldnt be hard 2 mix
and MANY people in the gym i work at have taken it and not a single bad review
it's most people's favorite
without a dought blows the cliche no explode out of the water
it worked better for me than products with stimulants no question.
like i said t-bomb was OKAY

i take supplements for the effect and not the taste.
