I've seen that everyone has something in common.. Most of you guys and girls take Fish Oil. Whats to look for and what brand? And will I smell like fish if I take them? I used to take garlic caps for my immune system 5-6 years ago and I smelled like garlic.... not a good look!

I take straight fish oil, its a brand called arctic oils and i take codpure plus. I get it from my chiropractor but im sure you can find it online somewhere.

Ive never had a problem actually smelling like fish but i have had some fishy tasting burps right after i take the oil, but i never had that problem when i took capsules.
