So I made a post in the nutrition forum, now Im on to sups.

12th week of my cut, dropped around 23 lbs, been on fat burners and ephedrine. Starting in July, I wanna go off the burners and the ephedrine all together.

I figure if I keep my diet/training the same, I should still continue to lose poundage, even if its only 0.5-1 lb a week I could still lose another 6-8 lbs by september, which I'm totally alright with since I've lost so much already.

However in July i am thinking about taking a supplement that will help improve my training/recovery rather than the fat burning process. No creatine cause I dont want to retain much water at all (i get about 2.5 g. a day currently anyways), and pre-workout sups arent really my thing, like NO explode etc have been useless for me in the past.

I was thinking about taking like an arginine, or something of that nature? Just like some insight from the pros here, get some different ideas rather than the usual creatine suggestions.

Some bcaa's would be good to add. Also add back in the creatine it will help you out. The weight is water weight, not fat. Weight is not weight; you have to look at what form its in.

yet I am curious, can someone explain to me the concept of arginine? I've researched it but I'd like to hear it using vocabulary i understand, so have any of oyu guys tried it? liked it?

I think i read that Arginine is main ingredient or whatever in most of the NO sups, but some of the NO sups have other ingredients that combat the arginine so they are somewhat redundant?
Not sure where i read that but I'd love to hear what you guys think about it

Arginine works as a vasodilator.

Check out Anabolic Pump if you want to have something good for your training; insane pumps and good endurance. It will also help you you keep off the fat once you`re done your cutting as it directs carbohydrates to muscle and away from fat.

Yeah so I guess I should have been a little more specific.

I'm on all the "must haves" supplement wise, Whey, Casein, Bcaa's, multi, fish oil.

So is there any particular brand of arginine anyone would recommend, its hard to pick something out since there are so many, and I dont want to spend too much dough if its all the same ****. Thoughts?

Also I started taking Lean Mass Builder by ADS at night instead of my regular ON 100% Casein, anyone tried the Lean Mass Builder yet? It's hard for me to notice a difference so early.
If not many of familiar with it, it is a whey concentrate, casein mixture, so I'm wondering if I will benefit more from one rather than the other?

Also I've been waking up at the middle of the night to take another shake, I've just rearanged my meals so my macronutrient totals for my cut diet are still the same as before.
Sleep patterns have not been affected which is good, so just wondering what people think about that method?
