I would stick with a NO product, they've been proven to work however beta alanine hasn't.

What other supps are you taking?

Welcome to the dungeon aswell

Try both, the beta alanine will enhance the NO product. I use beta alanine everyday and I have noticed it helps my NO product even more

Well if you do use beta alanine make sure you take creatine aswell, the only research I can find that say it may work is when creatine and beta alanine are combined.

Creatine converts into ATP

Beta alanine increases muscle carnosine which picks up H+ and in turn leaves more pH. The more H+ you have the faster you fatigue, so you can see how this would help. (in short)

(I don't quite understand it fully yet but i'm working on it lol)

honestly i quit buying pre workout and post workout products and buy the ingrediants individually just because of the poor underdosing in big label products that more money in advertising than science. Since that time i've found taking citrulline malate in doses 3g pre and post or higher and BETA ALANINE in a dose from 2-3g pre and post workout works amazing. you will get a pins and needles feeling like your itching and its much more pronounced than any pump, but it definately has increased my stamina and delays fatigue. Get it bro of course we'll all different but i definately recommend and it's damn near free haha. i use NOW Beta Alanine powder and for roundabout $20 from ************ for about 3 months worth.

i give it a thumbs up.

Ive been supplementing with beta-alanin for over six months now and after the first itchy wierd feeling u get in the first 3-4 weeks it has really improved my strength and allows me to train for longer. I now use this as an essential supplement in my arsenal along wiv monohydrate
