Ok my sister seen I been on the weights and I guess they are noticing the change,,
my sister is 5'8" 5'9" between 200 and 225 pounds
quite over weight
she has been asking me to find out what will be the best way to go with losing the weight..
she is doing all kinds of work out but if I'm not wrong she lost 15 pounds in two months.
she wants to do it quicker.

My question is what is one of the best fat burners? and what can she eat? she is willing to have one meal a day to make it happens.
I don't know how many pounds she wants to lose but I guess a lot.

can someone give me an idea of a diet and what kind of fat burner to get her?
I want to give it to her for her BD which is the 6 of July

yeah they where still popping firecrackers when my mom was having her lol@me

I know there is no easy way. but i seen how bad she want to lose it. and i know she is willing to work real hard at it.

its diet and training first man, she should be looking to eat 6-8 small meals a day, as for a fat burner look into lipo6 one of th ebest products out there.

cosign with allstar...eating less portions more times a day is what makes you lose weight...eating once a day will just amke you shrivel up it will burn your fat and muscle and you don;t want that for her. check out the keto diet...thats what I'm on...but any low carb diet will work man...just rememmebr its all diet and training,(mostly cardio for strictly fat burning)....it takes all 3 to reach that goal man

As for the fat bunrer...I heard the lippo6 was great. I use ripped fuel. If your diet and your cardio is on you won;t need it anyhow....but they go help to give you more energy while your body is eating less carbs

hmm that would be interesting^ i wonder how it differs from the mens?? ill have to see if i can pick up a sample.

she should really try to get a sample of a few different fatburners before you buy them. for some people ( me included) i cannot take fat burners (ive tried 4 different ones) they give me really bad heartburn or a bad stomach ache. definitely if she wants to lose weight is to do the above, 5-6 small heathly meals. cut out as much fat as possible and simple carbs like white rice, white bread. just doing that will help alot. and you say she is exersicing so thats the other main thing, if she is lifting weights she has to remember that she will be gaining muscle mass so even tho her weight looks like she is only losing a little she might be losing more then she thinks, she is just gaining muscle weight. 200 is not really that over weight for a girl who is 5'9" and fairly muscular.
