i want to lose my body fat and gain muscle as well, i went to PURA NUTRITION to buy some protein and supplements
they gave me Epidrol, Adrenaline, and ProPeptide(protein)

what i want to know is, i know u should only do 1 thing ( cut or bulk )
i have a supplement that makes my muscles get bigger faster, so should i take that?? i want to cut down 1st

Ok for one, I think you're in some sort of a rush. Most of your threads go by the lines of "I NEED TO DO THIS", "IS IT OK NOW?".

You haven't even gotten your diet straight and you already went to the store to get fixed with whatever supplements they say you "need". Wrong.

You need to calm down first. While it is true you're getting good advice here, it does you no harm to do some research of your own and get more educated on the subject.

alright i have never heard of growth fire but i would not take it since you are cutting, the 2 most important things for cutting are diet and than cardio and than a supplement(fat burner)

keep the protein powder take the other stuff back, get urself a good multivitamin. These 2 things are all u need to worry about for now as far as supplements go.
