I would most defintly say strawberry! Dont choose the Chocolate gold, its soooo boring and artificial. If you are going with chocolate, choose the rocky road instead! Much better, allthough it might give you a "sour" aftertaste sometimes. But hey, strawberry is a safe winner! Mix it with just enough water so its real thick and good. Mmmm, yum yum!

chocolate malt is the bomb. Tastes like a whopper. Extreme milk choc tastes good too, then straw, then egg nog if u like egg nog. Just got pumpkin spice, but I haven't opened it yet. I'll let u guys know how it tastes. Oh yeah, orange cream is pretty good

i use to mix the ginger bread (whey) with vanilla (casien). that was a good mix

i'm on a business trip here in portland and the vitamin shoppe across the street has GINGERBREAD COOKIE flavor on sale... $17.99...no tax either...

i just tried pumpkin pie. it tastes good. but of course you have to like pumpkin flavor.

pumpkin waffles/pancakes:

1 scoop on's pumpkin pie
4 egg whites
1/4c oatmeal
1/3c water
2pkts splenda

mix it all up and put in waffle iron or cook in pan the size you want your pancake to be. the mixture is a tad runny.

i hated strawberry. it taste more like bubble gum.

ON whey flavors aren't the best IMO.

the best ones for me are

tropical punch which gets tiring after a while, vanilla icecream which starts tasting nasty after a while, and chocolate.

i like chocolate the best.

for a protein shake, ON has some of the best tasting stuff out there but it's no friendly's icecream

Yes, I work for the company, but as a user too, Chocolate Malt is my fav by far. Used to be Chocolate Mint, but the Malt is awesome.
