if your just looking for a good bcaa i would go with ON personally. very good company with very good products. you can also take the no explode with it if you want. i would take bcaa on empty stomach then take no explode pre work out .

Theres no problems with taking the BCAA with No Xplode. That sounds like a good mix and way more cost effective than going with the Purple Wrath. Controlled labs products are great though.

no i mean like mixing the bcaa's in with the xplode into 1 powder... in the same canister

Yeah you can do that. Just with BCAA powder, you have to kinda keep shaking it a little in between drinks because it kinda clusters a little and sticks to the walls of the shaker cup. But you can take it with the No Xplod. That is actualy probably one of the better ways to do it considering the bad taste of BCAA's

Bought the BCAA's from ON.... That **** is NASTY... i'm thinking about pouring it into the ON whey to cut the taste... Now am I supposed to take 1 teaspoon per day? or after workout? and is this the cheaper route to Purple Wraath?

You'd want to take a pre workout serving with your explode, as well as a post workout serving, you can also take it first thing in the morning if you want to, though the most important time would be during and post workout.

As far as serving size goes its up to you, just stay above a teaspoon, I usually load post workout so i'd have a bigger serving, but ON whey has good BCAA's in it already if your money conscious.

If your taking explode then wrath wouldnt be that important since your already getting arginine and you wont need beta alanine post workout, just stick to the BCAA's.

I'd been wondering about this myself. seems like this combo or EAA (bulk, Primal, Vendetta) w/ NO-Xplode might be the best option for someone that works out 1st thing in the morning and can't take stuff 60-90 mins b4 w/o, but I don't see it recommended that often. thoughts?

the purple wrath i noticed is missing one of the essential aminos...dont know if they meant to do that or if it stuffs up the ratio :S..
