yeh wake up and have your shake
if you train in the morning then have the
cellmass before bed if you train at night then have cellmass in the morning
n.o product before training 15min-45min before workout you should know your timing what ever is best for you. after your workout have your cellmass and wait 30min and have your shake and some food. (now this brings me to another point some people think that what i said is wrong and i kind of do to..because i think afterwards you should know what your body needs like for today example i knew how i felt so i had my shake with
beta alanine and then i went home and had and had complex carbs and enough protein but there are days when i only need an insulin spike if you get what i mean)...lmao i'll stop now
so really id take my creatine whilst im working out near the end then just after i finish i'd have my protien.
