Creatine, NO, Protein timing

There is a lot of discussion about when to take your protein, creatine and NO supps during the course of the day.

My problem is NO is best taken 30-45mins pre workout (similar timeframe as protein) and creatine is best taken immediately following workout (same time as protein), and both NO and creatine are best taken on an empty stomach.

Is it best to sacrifice timing or absorption?

Same goes for creatine and protein on rising.

I am currently taking NO explode, cellmass and ON 100% whey.

yeh wake up and have your shake
if you train in the morning then have the cellmass before bed if you train at night then have cellmass in the morning
n.o product before training 15min-45min before workout you should know your timing what ever is best for you. after your workout have your cellmass and wait 30min and have your shake and some food. (now this brings me to another point some people think that what i said is wrong and i kind of do to..because i think afterwards you should know what your body needs like for today example i knew how i felt so i had my shake with beta alanine and then i went home and had and had complex carbs and enough protein but there are days when i only need an insulin spike if you get what i mean)...lmao i'll stop now
so really id take my creatine whilst im working out near the end then just after i finish i'd have my protien.

u take ur noxplode b4 ur workout and then add a serving of creatine to ur postworkout shake. creatine has actually been shown to be very effective if taken like this. u do not have to have an empty stomach to take creatine, the absorption rate is not that big of a difference.

ok I got a question..as of the moment I'm on a tight budget...I've been drinking a protein shake once a day with breakfast immediatly before I work out.Or sometimes i just mix it in my oatmeal....plus I take 1 serv of creatine...post workout I take another serving of creatine and eat 1 slice of white bread with honey on it for an insullen spike, do cardio then eat soem green beans or some other non sugar carb.

If I can only afford to take the whey once a day for now when shoudl i do it, before or after workout?...let me know

Soon I'm picking up some body fortress for 12 bucks so I can do it twice a day easy...but I don;t gte payed for awhile...LOL

take ur shake postworkout like these guys said and put a serving of creatine in there as well. put a teaspoon of honey in ur shake for ur insulin response if u want.

Take the NO and Creatine 10-30min pre w/o take the Whey with some kind of simple carb immediately post w/o if u have alot of creatine on hand then u might aswell take some post w/o aswell..

Me i took 1 scoop of no xplode and 10g creatine 15mins, before i left to the gym, when i cameback id just have a scoop of whey 5g creatine and 2-3tsp honey. worked very well for me.
