in one article of a popular bbing guru said that if u take
NO before bed (which supposedly dilates the blood vessels ) actually "increases your natural growth hormone " and can helpful ..what do u think people ?

the thing about some of the n.o. products is that a lot of them have caffeine... which is a vaso constrictor... but n.o. is a vaso-dilator......weiiiird

NO is a hemodilator in that its suposed to actually enlarge red blood cells not your veins as in a vaso dilator like asprin

Zack man I thought it was just me... like I work out at night coz Ima 2nd shifter so I take N.O at 11:30pm when I workout, get home a lil after one, eat and try sleepin around 2 or so and Im tired as hell but sometimes I can't sleep for ****!!! been up till 5am or 6am a few days the past week

Try lowering your dose or not using N.O. with a stimulant at all. I just take 5-10g of regular arginine before bed and i feel more pumped when i work out than when i used N.O. xplode.

The question still remains does N.O inrease gh level taken before bed? and if so how? im actually interested in this thread, cuz i was debating if i shud buy some GABA to take before bed.

Agreed, luckily ON Whey Gold Standard has 5g BCAA's in a scoop, i thought that was convenient. oh and quick question, whats the purpose of taurine and arginine, i perectly understand the purpose of GABA, Zinc and Mag.

arginine is converted into no which boosts your gh, taurine goes hand in hand with arginine to increase its effects also 1g of vitamin c helps arginine even more so, on whey is the best i have about 4-6 scoops a day so im getting 20-30g bcaa a day so im set

hahaha true. quick question - does GABA relax you? because i had heard some stuff about taking it pre-workout to release GH, but if its gonna relax me i dont want to do that.

yea it does, its not for pre workout, its good post workout 3-5g of it

i heard somewhere that melatonin also increases gh, specifically IGF-1 and the study found that it was a good preventer of atrophy, as well.

melatonin does increase gh but it makes me and a lot of people feel like **** when they wake up, L-dopa is way better and increases gh way more
