I would just recommend taking any form of a pre-workout that gives you a bit of energy. Everyone is in love with
No-Xplode, I myself am not a fan of BSN products at all, but thats another story. Just do your research and figure out exactly what you want and what is supposedly one of the best products out there for a pre-workout supplement AND of course what is the cheapest. I also would not really say eating a big meal 2-3 hours BEFORE your workout is needed for everyone, it might help but in my own experience it is not needed.
