The reason your starting to lose stamina/power is due tho the fatigue in your muscles caused by the build up of lactic acid, try taking a Nitric Oxide supplement or something that contains Beta Alanine 30 mins prior to workout on an empty stomach as this prevents the build up of lactic acid.

Chances are you're not having a good meal or a good source of carbs before your workout.

Eat your biggest carb meal 2-2.5hrs before you lift. Approx 50-60g of carbs. Get more sleep, eat properly throughout the rest of the day. Track your diet on paper/computer for a few days. Because you probably aren't eating as much or as well as you think you are.

there are more advantages to an NO product than there are disadvantages, if you feel you need to try any NO, than try it.

I would just recommend taking any form of a pre-workout that gives you a bit of energy. Everyone is in love with No-Xplode, I myself am not a fan of BSN products at all, but thats another story. Just do your research and figure out exactly what you want and what is supposedly one of the best products out there for a pre-workout supplement AND of course what is the cheapest. I also would not really say eating a big meal 2-3 hours BEFORE your workout is needed for everyone, it might help but in my own experience it is not needed.

For more energy during your workouts I suggest MAN Body Octane. However, nutrition is important too and I suggest that you be getting a lot of complex carbohydrates about an hour before your workout. A great supplement that would help to give insane energy is P-Slin as it would direct those carbohydrates to your muscle cells. This will also help with insane pumps.
