I dont exactly keep strict tabs on my diet but i try to eat about 4 meals a day. For breakfast I usually tend to eat sandwhiches like ham or tuna with yogurt along with a
true mass milkshake. Before I go to the gym ill eat another sandwhich containing some kind of meat or tuna. Ill then drink size on through out my work out. After my workout ill have another true mass shake along with dinner. My dinner is usually pretty healthy containing some sort of meat, carb, and vegetables along with milk. I also usually tend to eat before i go to bed. Here I'll usually have crackers with cottage cheese, yogurt, and maybe some leftovers from dinner. I figure I'm easily taking in about 150 grams of protein. Anything else I should be keeping tabs on???
