question on takin no-xplode

i want to take no-xplode but i leave for gainsville in a week and a half for a football camp and i dont no if ill be lifting but im lifting right now at school for football i was wondering if i should start now and if i do should i take it during the camp or not

Theres no reason you shouldnt start it now, and as for the camp im not sure, I have never tried NO explode but some NOs I have tried they make you tired once it wares off, if true for explode I wouldnt take it, but if it doesnt make you tired after it wares off, give it a shot for the camp, it would give you a little extra energy.

aight nice im pretty sure were lifting too at the camp an its a lot of short running and quick bursts an isnt creatine good for that ?

well if your lifting than you should just wait to take it before lifting.. and yes creatine enhances your endurance and demotes fatigue so its perfect to take for when running.

ok thx an wen u take it when u workout is it fine to take ur protein supplement after you workout or when is it best to take it

yes its a good idea to take protein shake after you workout, also if you have protein with casein in it. take it before bed too

casein is a type of protein that is slow digesting and it would work to stabilize your body through out the night, what kind of protein do u have now?

ya i have the 100 % wwhey protein brand i got at gnc but just ran out so ima get some more tomorrow what brand would you suggest

well personally I think the best is BSN syntha-6, it taste great and has whey and a casein protein. but another good one is ON 100% whey, doesnt have casein but is good. also GNC is horribly over priced man, you should definitly think about getting supps somewhere else to save money.
