has anyone tried those supplements called universal animal packs? do they give good results? thanks for hand first hand experience

Well Universal is a good brand but I think any normal vitamin from a good company will do the trick. I have used animal pak. Its hard to know if a vitamin is really giving you great results if your diet is pretty good. I know a lot of people like Animal Pak.

IMO overrated but cant hate on there smart business, like Orbit said any multi should do with a good diet. dont think u need to spend a whole lot of money for simple vitamins. should look into some food base vitamins if possible, donno what synthetic does to u on the long run

I agree with the others but one product from them that I think is real good is the Animal Nitro. That is a real good amino products in my book, and you will see a difference using that.
