wast of money better products out there that wont hurt ur wallet as bad.

its basically just alot of bcaa's and creatine with glutamine. you can buy all sepratly for cheaper and get better results.

check out some optimum nutrition bcaas and some mono creatine. you will be good with those man. just my two cents.

to give you a different point of view than everyone else, it could be a good post workout as it has dextrose and maltodextrin in it, as that would give you a insulin spike.

well not really.

but anyways dude, seriously, the muscletech stuff isn't worth your money. they have a bunch of useless ingredients in them and cost way more than they should. stuff from optimum nutrition is better as well as cheaper.

most of the time, if the company has to put out giant 4 page ads in magazines, then that should tell you they are trying too hard for a reason. the reason is because their products are crappy, so they have to distract you with crazy claims and colorful labeling to get you to buy it.

so what seems to be the consensus? good or bad? i've liked all the other muscletech products i have tried, cell tech, nitrotech, gakic, creakic, leukic. they seem to be a pretty solid company.......but the halo just seems a little like a gimmick

muscle tech is the most hated brand on this forum, it is very overpriced and are a real bs company man, but ya halo doesnt sound like much.

yeah, i guess i am a little bit naive.....i figure the logical thing would be for the brand with the most money would make the best products. and i haven't tried much else. i just try to train hard and eat right. but i did think i got some decent results from their stuff. idk man, i guess i'm being stupid about it. but is there a reliable brand that makes quality supps?

yeah muscletech isnt good but if your buying it at a GNC than you really getting screwed. look into BSN,Gaspari, or Optimum Nutrition all good brands. BSN Syntha 6 tastes amazing man haha

somewhere else online, bodybuilding.com, the gakic was like 51 bucks, instead of like the 80 it is at GNC....i didn't think the gakic was that bad though....maybe it's just because i haven't tried a really good NO product? any good recomendations? plasmajet looks good

plasmajet is good its a sustained release, if you want a quick release NO look into BSN NO Xplode great product.

i tried that one time from one of my friends and it gave me jitters, and didn't last throughout my workout. is this normal? or do i just need to jack up my carbs when i take it?
