ive been drinking my cellmass at almost the end of my workouts about 2-3 exercise id start drinking it..is that a good time to start drinking or should i wait till the very end when im walking out of the door?
i would say you should be taking cellmass, post workout, and than again later on in the night, if you workout earlier in the day, also take cell mass 2x a day even on off days
yeah when i took it, i took it literally the second i got done lifting then later that night sometimes before bed..great stuff, works very well.
