This is 100% correct. I've posted before that arg helps insulin maybe a bit but that's all. No GH, no vascularity or dilation, nothing. It's just a marketing gimmick. Any and all studies posted have mostly been massive doses of IV arg and you cannot even come close to those levels orally because of the 3/4 lack of bio-availability and the gastric upset it causes at doses 10-30g+.
