Taken supperpump and have seen results diminish what should I do?

I have taken superpump 250 before for about a 2 month period with about two scoops before workouts. I then waited a month and bought another bottle and took it again. The results seemed to diminish rapidly after the first 2 month bottle I took. Should I take a longer break in between or try another supplement. Also

The people at the supplement store told me when i wanted to buy no-explode that the effects might not be seen because i took superpump 250 before and it was a stronger product in terms of ingredients. Is this true and should i still buy no-explode and see how it goes. Will my body most likely respond explosively as superpump 250 when i first bought it.

No it wont boost your performance like the first time. Theres nothing like the first time. However, switching formulas will provide your system with a different type of stimulus that will potentiate new gains. I switch back & forth between N.O.-Xplode & Superpump 250 for the best results.

1bottle N.O.-Xplode, then 1 bottle Superpump 250, then 1month off. Repeat.

cycle off of it for a month and then go back on.

u have to cycle to let ur receptors become sensitive again to the product

When taking time off is there anything I can do to still gain in my workouts overall. Give me an edge.

Nutrition will be your most potent power supply. As long as you stay on your protein & take in some quality carbs pre-workout you will continue to make steady gains. Right now I'm off of all my supps, and I find that the ultimate preworkout snack is the banana. Typically, I will have a full meal at 1 1/2 - 2hrs out, and then have a light snak at 30min out (pre-workout). This week I had a bowl of cold cereal 30min out. That worked just as well.

I love Superpump 250 but at my show some reps were there and they were advertising the stuff saying that you can't build a tollerance to it but with no-explode you can. Over a period of time your suppose to lose the effect just like anyother drug you take in the world. As for me Im now a NANO Vapor fan. but if anything if it gives you that mental edge that makes you think its going to drive you the distance then balls to the wall baby!

Your waisting your money and time if you buy no explode, and you have already went through tubs of superpump.

The people at the store told you correct, superpump is a bit "stronger" than no explode, and does seem to last longer than no explode. Take more than a money off, or if you want to, throw in a few more scops, you'll be a mess in bed though (with sleeping).

I would just take more than a month off of it, then try it again.

Yeah cycling the best thing you can do.. But if you want that boost kill some oatmeal or some other complex carbs 45minz before you hit the heavys.. youd be suprised
