which is optimum combination of supplements amongst these two?

hello

just purchased Muscle Tech - Cell Tech now i want to purchase one Whey protein. Shopkeeper suggest me to buy Muscle tech -Nitotech, but i have just visits different websites and came to know that "Optimum 100% Whey Protein " is best whey protein.

I want to ask that which combination is better

1) Cell Tech with NitroTech
2) Cell Tech with Optimum 100% Whey Protein

the top 2 wheys are Optimum 100% Whey or BSN Syntha 6. nitro tech is horrible from experience. so from those two selections number 2 would be my top choice, but by ultimate top choice would have Syntha-6 and not cell tech

def option number two man, mt is way overpriced you can get way better like ON for less and work better. def option two like allstar said.

If I were you, I would return the Cell-Tech, buy a regular creatine monhydrate brand and ON 100% Whey

the best bit of advice you will ever get is this, 'never buy muscle tech products'

there are so many better companies out there that offer the same goods at much cheaper prices. Optimum nutrition, BSN, Gaspari etc
