confused, need help in deciding between whey protein or mass gainer

hi,

just purchased MT- Cell Tech. Actually i dont know that MT is disliked by the users of this board. Anyhow, now i want to use some mass gainer, becoz on my chest i have very low mass. I want to build up my chest

I have read muscle tech - mass gainer : MASS TECH, but its reviews are not very good, people say that it is very hard gainer, it takes much time to dissolve and also it is thick

Do anyone guide me that with Muscle Tech : Cell Tech, which mass gainer i will also, which helps me increasing especially my chest mass and fore arms

In my country, not many brands available but here Muscletech, ISS, and BSN and some other are easily available

One more thing the shop keeper told me to use Nitrotech with cell-tech, becoz he says that i am little bit fat on my body. He says if i use mass gainer, then it will increase the amount of fat in my body.

So what can i do, whether i use whey Protein with Cell-Tech or whether i will use Cell-tech with some mass gainer.

my purpose is to increase CHEST and forearms mass.

You know a mass gainer is basically just a protein shake thats amped up with extra carbs and fat right? If you want more size in your chest and forearms the one thing that will help is for you to hit those spots while you train and to diet correctly.

but again you cannot suggest that which one i will use

you decide either a whey which everyone takes and is nice to have or a mass gainer that you will gain size, but also gain body fat probably.

ok i am agreed that diet and exercise is very compulsory. i am doing bodybuilding from last 1.5 years, but unable to got good results. Secondly i am not in usa where everything is available and where doctors diagnoses the whole body then suggest training diet.

So, can you poeple just tell me that what can i eat
1) before exerciset and
2)After exercise
3) rest of the day
