Carbs with WPI

so, i know your supposed to take carbs with protein shake for insulin spike after workout, do i take them with morning and pre workout shake aswell?
also i take about 40g of dextrose and 40g of multi-dextrin (dried corn syrup) as the carbs, this all good?

well your suppose to have carbs for your pre workout meal, but they are complex carbs and arent for an insulin spike and you dont need one in the morning either. dextrose is the best choice and than goes multi-dex but your saying you take 80g in all with your shake?

that may be a lil much, but if it's 25% of ur daily carbs then it's fine imo

oh ok, yea post workout, ill cut it back a bit, and so i shouldnt bother with multi-dextrin and just take dextrose because its better? a guy at my gym told me to get both...
