Dude the problem with sleep is, your body should regulate it all, but you seem to be drinking and drinking, first check your sleep patern and it will help alot if your last meal will be atleast 1h30min before sleep. Right before sleep go pee and drinking an 2dl-3dl water. It works for me it will work for you. Urinating might be a bigger problem by you because you sit alot? While we sit and stand we compress our spine and the fluid in it goes out - bad for spine and we need to pee

. Try giving some towel under your back area (while in bed) - area over the ass :P If it isn't laying on the bed while you sleep.
Otherwise if this won't help you are having an overreaction to you'r pills, try having most of them, that arent required to being taken before sleep, over the day. Em, you'r problem could be THIS too, you'r workout is too close to your sleep, last workout MUST be atleast 3-4h before sleep. OK
