What are the alternate supplements for

Muscle tech : Cell Mass
Muscle Tech : Nitro Tech
Muscle Tec: Nano Vapor

actually i have purchased these, but now came to know that people cant like MT products, and tey also say that BSN is better than Muscle Tech. Is it right??

SO plz tell alternatives of above supplemets in BSN brand.

BSN's version of NitroTech would be Syntha-6
BSN's version of NaNo Vapor would be N.O Explode

Nitrix, is an NO but its a pill form and sustained release so its not really the alternative of vapor

Well, say for there proteins, NitroTech doesnt have a casein protein as syntha 6 does.

casein protein is a slow digesting protein as it form gel like substance in the stomach resulting in a steady release of amino acids into the blood stream, which will than make you reach a peak level of amino acids in your blood and also a peak level of protein synthesis for 3-4 hours, but amino acids are still bein released for about 7 hours. it is good to take before bedtime as it sustains your body through out the night, and all your earned muscle doesnt go to waste.

On second thought, if you don't even know what casein is then what the hell are you doing with your diet? Without a proper diet in place all the supplements in the world won't help you. Supplements don't replace food, get rid of that MT bullshit and start eating.
