Yea, I mean I'm sure you've heard this a million times: "I'm ready to get back in the gym - I just picked up a new bottle of creatine!" Then they proceed to their "hardcore training regimen of bicep curls & bench press 6 days a week. Humans.

Whats worse is I get emails sometimes with people asking what prohormone can they take to get back in the game after a few years not stepping in the gym.

^^^Damn, that sucks to have to read thru those emails. I see fresh crops of jabronies comin into the gym with bandaids covering their fresh injection spots.

One time I was spotting a guy on bench press when all of a sudden blood just started squirting out of his chest; he claimed that he had gotten bitten by a misquito, lol. And then another time I was spotting a guy, who had "been out of the game for a while", for DB press & I could feel his arms just covered in pimples, gross!

wut about the loading phase with creatine, i heard it was recomended to take 20-30g in the first week. is this really necessary? and can u take it with milk?

you don't have to take that much just take it with grape juice and you can take 5-10 per day before workout 5g with grape juice and aminos and 5g with whey and milk mix. after a couple weeks you don't need to take more than 5g. also if you take it with waxy maize
starch before and after you will cry at the pumps you get. they are almost painful...I love that feeling.
